To respect both your time and mine, I only offer consultations by appointment. You’re welcome to submit an enquiry to see if your case is a good fit.
If I can help with your case, I will email you a questionnaire, payment link for flat-fee of $180 and booking instructions to schedule an online meeting.
You’ll complete a detailed pre-meeting questionnaire, which I review before we meet to prepare for our meeting.
During our 20–40 minute video or phone consultation, we’ll discuss your situation, assess your eligibility, and explore next steps.
Afterward, you’ll receive a written summary of what we discussed.
I work on a range of Canadian immigration matters, including employer and employee applications, spousal sponsorships (including same-sex partnerships), work permit extensions, LMIAs, Global Talent Stream, and EMPP PR applications.
Most of my work has come through professional referrals - often employers or HR teams looking to support staff, or individuals ready to hire an immigration representative. I focus on quality over volume, and I only take on cases where I can offer help.
We always start with your enquiry.
Once payment is received and your completed questionnaire has been reviewed, we’ll connect either by email or a audio or video meeting, and clarify any details about your situation. After that, you’ll receive a detailed written assessment outlining your options and next steps.
If you’ve expressed interest in full representation, I can provide a quotation at that stage. Full representation means I will manage your application and handle all communication with IRCC.
Up to two clarifying follow-up questions are included as part of this initial assessment.
Should you decide to retain me for full representation, I’ll send you a service agreement outlining my commitment, your responsibilities, and clear billing milestones.
